Condominium and Home Owner Community Associations

The purpose is to assist boards of directors, landscape committees, association residents, and landscape & lawn companies to install and maintain Florida friendly landscapes through conserving natural resources: irrigation water, trees, palms and other plants, fertilizers and pesticides.

Types of assistance through the Commercial Landscape Horticulture Program:

  • Education Outreach: Evaluate landscape problems through phone, office visits and, by appointment, community visits.
  • Diagnostic services through University of Florida Extension.  Fee based.  See Diagnostic Services
  • Soil and Water Testing.  See Soil and Water Tests

Learn more about community associations and educational opportunities at West Florida Chapter, Community Associations Institute www.caiwestflorida.org.  Also, check out Owners Education.
